Most recently I have been jogging around my neighborhood in the evenings where I have a beautiful view of the Elizabeth river and a great breeze. I go on morning prayer walks with my daughter Alyssa nearly everyday and we both in get a great excerise while praying in tongues. My hobbies and other interests: I love to create art with multimedia software. When I was younger I used oils to paint and did alot of sewing.

That was back before we had personal computers I would love to learn Flash someday. I used to really love to cook, and was pretting good at making a lot of "kitchen sink" recipes that I would throw together with whatever I had and they would look like the things in the magazines. When I married Paul however, he became the main person in the kitchen as he can make some incredible BBQ using any cut of meat practically.

How is a girl supposed to keep her waistline with that kind of cooking?
